Job Description:
- Review and assess content from English to Hindi, ensuring language standards are met and reporting to language leads and project managers promptly.
- Assist team members and project managers in managing targets and implementing quality practices.
- Identify and address queries related to source content, sharing insights with the team to enhance overall quality. Collaborate closely with translation and review processes to uphold localization quality and monitor peer language performance data as necessary.
- Develop a deep understanding of market expectations for localization quality and adapt content accordingly. Ensure the quality of high-priority products and prominent materials through thorough quality checks and hands-on problem-solving as needed.

Quality Management
- Quality Management: Should be able to minimize the errors in the delivery.
- 100% adherence to the project-specific guidelines, terminologies, style guides.
- Be updated with the project/ account important documents and updates.
Strategy:
- Collaborate closely with both our internal team and external vendors.
- Contribute to outlining processes for new accounts or products.
- Assist in devising strategies to ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality.
Goal:
- Capable of minimizing errors in delivery while maintaining increased productivity.
- Able to meet volume requirements according to industry standards.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new domains.
Requirements:
- Completed graduation from a reputable university.
- Possesses 2 to 4 years of pertinent experience.
- Proficient in Hindi typing.
- Demonstrates strong command of Hindi grammar and comprehension of English.
- Exhibits skills in colloquial translation.
