Business Development Manager

Role: Business Development Manager (Localization/Translation/Digital Marketing) 5 Days Working Location: Delhi

Nature of Duties:

  1. Spearhead the development of businesses by selling Localization services, IT, and Digital Marketing.
  2. Deep dive into understanding client businesses and identify opportunities for alignment.
  3. Establish, train, and lead a team of business development executives.
  4. Set and achieve team targets, sharing strategies and target plans with the reporting Manager.
  5. Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  6. Innovate to meet revenue benchmarks and drive sustainable growth for the company.
  7. Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools like HubSpot, and other social media platforms.
  8. Collaborate with founders/senior management to implement best business practices.
  9. Proactively explore new methods of pitching clients and expanding business reach.
  10. Motivated to contribute to the growth of a startup to the next level.

 

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of work experience in business development.
  2. Demonstrated sales mindset with a track record of generating consistent wins.
  3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  4. Resourceful with strong research abilities.
  5. Experience in the Localization industry is preferred.
  6. Demonstrated stability and a professional track record.
