Role: Business Development Manager (Localization/Translation/Digital Marketing) 5 Days Working Location: Delhi
Nature of Duties:
- Spearhead the development of businesses by selling Localization services, IT, and Digital Marketing.
- Deep dive into understanding client businesses and identify opportunities for alignment.
- Establish, train, and lead a team of business development executives.
- Set and achieve team targets, sharing strategies and target plans with the reporting Manager.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Innovate to meet revenue benchmarks and drive sustainable growth for the company.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools like HubSpot, and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with founders/senior management to implement best business practices.
- Proactively explore new methods of pitching clients and expanding business reach.
- Motivated to contribute to the growth of a startup to the next level.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of work experience in business development.
- Demonstrated sales mindset with a track record of generating consistent wins.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Resourceful with strong research abilities.
- Experience in the Localization industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated stability and a professional track record.
